We recommend that the athlete has been training competitively for 2 or more years, or that the athlete has already completed any 2 programs from the general conditioning/bodybuilding/power training page. This 6 week cycle of training will peak your power to unexpected levels. Optimum results are attained when this program is performed after the Specific Mass for Power lifters Program.
