This program is geared towards
power lifters and off season bodybuilders that
are striving to increase their strength well above
and beyond their previous levels. We recommend
that the athlete has been training competitively
for 2 or more years, or that the athlete has already
completed any 2 programs from the general conditioning/bodybuilding/power
training page. This 6 week cycle of training will
peak your power to unexpected levels. Optimum
results are attained when this program is performed
after the Specific Mass for Power lifters Program.
