The Elite Training for Power program
is specifically designed for the weight training
athlete that wants to emphasis the production
of maximum power, combined with maximum rate of
force development (I.E Explosiveness). The Elite
Training for Power program is an advanced weight
training program that is recommended for the weight
training athlete that has either completed the
General Conditioning, Variable Frequency, Body
building, Power and Mass, Pure Mass, and Elite
Training for Mass programs in succession, or that
has been training consistently for the last 3
to 5 years. Regardless of which criteria you meet,
you will also need to have a minimum starting
strength of 225 pounds on each of the following
three lifts, the bench press, squat, and dead
lift. If you do not perform one of these three
lifts, you can still purchase this program, just
enter zero for that lift on the create my workout
page, and the proper correction will be made to
your customized program.
The Elite Training for Power
program continues where The Elite training for
Mass program left off. Like The Elite Training
for Mass program, The Elite Training for Power
program places a special emphasis on the major
muscle groups of the body, the chest, back, and
legs, by targeting these areas with the three
most famous power and size building exercises
of all time, the bench press, squat, and deadlift.
However, the Elite Training for Power program
will still produce extraordinary results for you,
even if you chose not to perform one of these
three exercises.
The Elite Training for Power
program, like The Elite Training for Mass program
also utilizes its own unique system to calculate
the loads that you will use to train the bench
press, squat, and deadlift with for each of your
workouts, while also incorporating the component
of interval training for these exercises. For
a detailed explanation of interval training, please
see the Elite Training for Mass’s programs
page.
So what
makes The Elite Training for Power Program different
from the Elite Training for Mass program?
For starters, The Elite Training
for Power program utilizes a variably rotating
and progressive system of increasing loads for
the bench press, squat, and deadlift that is different
from any of our other training programs, including
being different from the system that is used for
The Elite Training for Mass program.
This system is different because
the loads for these exercise are increased both
each and every set, and each and every workout.
Increasing the loads in such a way is necessary
so that your muscles will become forced to adapt
to progressively heavier and heavier weights,
resulting in the production of power and strength
gains. This system also takes into consideration
your specific workload capacity and current strength
levels so that you can train safely and productively.
The component of interval training
is also applied to your workouts; however, with
the Elite Training for Power program, interval
training is applied in such a way as to emphasis
the production of power. It should be noted that
interval training for power is much different
than interval training for mass.
Interval training for power requires
longer rest periods between sets, so as to allow
your muscles the necessary amount of time to recover
as much as possible. By taking longer rest periods
between sets, you will have more energy to lift,
which will result into more power and strength
gains. However, the trick is to not rest so long
that your muscles get cold, resulting in diminishing
strength gains, and the increased possibility
of sustaining an injury.
*For the most optimal results
in the areas of strength, power, and muscle mass
gains, it is recommended that you either complete
the Elite Training for Mass program immediately
before or after the Elite Training for Power program.
In doing so, The Elite Training for Mass program
will give you the extra muscle size that you will
need to handle the heavier workloads that The
Elite Training for Power program provides; and
The Elite Training for Power program will help
you build the power and the strength that is necessary
to handle the heavier weights that will help you
to build more muscle size when following The Elite
Training for Mass program. Alternating both programs
in this way will ensure that you continue to grow
bigger and stronger as your training continues
to advance, as well as adding variety, and preventing
boredom in your training.

"I
just had to e-mail you and tell you about the
results that I achieved training with the Elite
Training for Power program. In the 6 weeks that
I trained on this program, my bench has gone
up 50 pounds, yeah 50, and my squat 75 pounds.
I can’t believe how strong I have gotten,
thank you."

"The
Elite Training for Power program is the third
program that I have completed from questformuscle.com.
I first started with the Pure Mass program, and
then I went on to the Elite Training for Mass
program. I was very happy with the gains in both
muscle mass, and strength that I had made with
these two programs, and thought it would be a
good idea to change my training priorities for
a few weeks, so I bought the Elite Training for
Power program. My strength has gone thru the roof
with this program. Weights that I was once struggling
to lift for one or two really tight reps, I am
now playing with. The biggest difference that
I noticed with this program is that I can now
move the really heavy weights so easily."

"Being
a body builder I never really cared too much for
strength or power, but as my training had started
to progress, I realized that if I wanted to continue
to get bigger and bigger that I would also need
to get stronger. Well the Elite Training for Power
program has helped to give me that strength. All
of my lifts have gone up on this program. My bench,
squat, barbell curl, pull down, you name the exercise
and I am stronger at it. Now that I have finished
this program, I plan on putting my new found strength
to good use by doing the Elite Training for Mass
program, that way I can use my new strength to
gain even more muscle mass, I will let you know
how that goes in a few weeks, thanks."

"Finally
I hit my mark on the bench press, 405 pounds, and
I owe it all to the Elite Training for Power program,
thanks." |

"After
years of lifting and doing research I thought
that I knew it all when it came to training, but
boy was I wrong. A fellow power lifter at my gym
told me he had been working out with a weight
training program that he had bought on the web.
Being kind of skeptical, I decide to take a look
and see what he got for his money. Needless to
say that I was very impressed. Each training day
is laid out for you; you are given the proper
weights to use, exercises, sets, reps, how long
to rest, and even what foods and supplements to
take. I also noticed that in many cases the way
that the program instructs you to take certain
supplements is different from what the product
recommends on the labels. All I can say is that
looking at my friend and how much he has gained
in strength and size that I am now going to start
to follow Questformuscle’s guidelines instead.
As for myself, I have just started the Power Peaking
program and I love it." |
