So you have come here because you want
to either lose weight or gain weight. Our weight management
philosophy is very simple: By eating the right foods,
and exercising you can attain any body weight you desire.
We don't believe in magic pills or crash diets. These
may work in the short run, but in the end they will
do more harm than good. You could either gain the lost
weight back twofold, or lose all the weight you gained.
Secondly, harmful side effects can occur by using unnatural
methods for weight control. I'm sure you have heard
this before, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.
Everyone knows they are eating too much,
eating the wrong types of foods, or not exercising enough.
However, most people don't know what the right thing
to do is. What should I eat for breakfast? Is a bagel
ok? I didn't put much butter on it. It's whole wheat.
Or, yeah I eat everything in sight, I had 4 slices of
pizza, some ice cream and power bars, but I still can't
get huge. Well, at least the motivation is there, but
it is being executed incorrectly.

You will be given a list of best food sources, and a
blank chart to fill in. Just pick some foods off the
list, fill in the chart, conforming to your daily totals,
and you are now eating a healthy balanced diet. It's
all pretty simple. At least that was our plan.
You may be wondering how we can figure
out your daily caloric intake? Our certified nutritionist
has developed an algorithm to figure this out based
upon your current body weight. You just enter your weight
and we will do the rest. You don't even have to wait
for your program. It is created right online for you
in less than a minute.
The real work is up to you. We provide
you with the tools and information you need to control
your weight, you must use them.

diet programs.
Whether you are a man or a woman, want
to gain lean muscular bodyweight, burn body fat and
reduce your bodyweight, or just want to eat healthier,
than these diets can help you. All of the diet programs
have been designed by Alfonso Duran, AFPA certified
nutritionist. All programs are created right online
dynamically by you the user, based upon your current
body weight. Each diet takes into consideration your
individual dieting goals. The diets are to be used for
a 4-6 week period.
Our programs work by providing you with
a breakdown of how much you should eat in calories for
one day, and what foods these calories should consist
of. By filling in a simple chart that we provide for
each days meals, you are forced to track your food intake,
while meeting the appropriate food requirements. This
will modify your eating habits, helping you to achieve
your desired result of gaining/losing weight. After
4 -6 weeks on the program, simply return to Questformuscle
