Shaping & Toning program
II is the second program in our s eries
of women’s Shaping & Toning programs.
The Shaping & Toning program II is designed
for the female weight training athlete that has
either just completed our women’s Shaping
& Toning program I, or that has been weight
training steadily for at least 6 months.
Shaping & Toning program
II, like our women’s Shaping & Toning
program I will continue to yield results to your
body in the areas of fat loss, increased shape
and toning, and in improving your overall physical
health and conditioning.
Shaping & Toning program II
is the next level in our women’s Shaping
& Toning programs. Our women’s Shaping
& Toning program II works by employing a more
advanced training protocol in your program. For
starters a different muscle group training split
(the muscles you work in each workout are different
from the muscles that you would have worked in
the Shaping & Toning program I), this is because
as you progress in your training, changes must
be made to your program to prevent plateaus in
your training which could lead to training without
making gains.
Next, the Shaping & Toning
program II introduces new and more challenging
exercises that will raise the intensity level
and difficulty of your workouts, which will in
turn ensure your continued progress and development.
As well, the Shaping & Toning program II also
changes the total number of sets and repetition
pattern for each muscle that you will train. This
is necessary because as you become more advanced
in your training your muscles will require varying
levels of stimuli to respond. In addition to all
of these advancements in the Shaping & Toning
program II are more intense cardiovascular training
guidelines, and a twist in your abdominal training
that will make a noticeable difference right from
the start of your training program.

with the Shaping and Toning Program II is: |

- Daily workouts for each day
of your training program (each daily workout
is different, different exercises, sets and
repetitions)
- A breakdown of the sets and
repetitions for each exercise, this ensures
you that you perform just the right amount of
exercise, not to much or too little, in order
to produce results at the most optimal rate
- The best combinations of exercises
for each individual body part, necessary to
completely train each muscle fully and produce
the shaping and toning effect
- Proper repetition tempo (speed),
so that you get the most out of each exercise
- Proper rest in between set
guidelines, to make sure that you are working
at the correct level of intensity
- Columns for you to record the
weights that you have trained with and the amount
of repetitions that you have completed
- Cardiovascular training guidelines
including the proper amount of time to train,
and recommendations on how to select cardiovascular
training equipment
- A direct e-mail address so
that you can ask any, and as many questions
that you may have about your training program
- Guidelines to ensure that you
are performing your workout as safe and productively
as possible in order to increase your gains
in a minimal amount of time
